ITO So Kosho is a DK/sport yarn made from 90% mulesing-free merino wool and 10% cashmere, suitable for jumpers, cardigans and accessories. It is spun in Japan and feels soft, light and airy.

The yarn is woollen-spun and made up of several twisted plies. The result is a slightly lofty yarn that gives clear, even stitch definition. Each ball weighs 50 g and has approx. 175 m. Choose your colour from the options.

Working and care

Needle size and tension depend on your pattern. It is best to knit a tension swatch and wash it as you would the finished piece, so you can see how the fabric behaves after washing. The length per ball helps with planning quantities: divide the total metres required by your pattern by approx. 175 m per ball. Buy all the balls for one project at the same time. Hand wash the knitted piece in cool water and dry it flat so that it keeps its shape.
