Rayher key ring with chain – a base for your own key rings

The Rayher key ring with chain (art. no. 2229000) is a ready-assembled base for handmade key rings. The bag contains 4 brass pieces in a platinum colour. The split ring and chain are already joined, so you only need to make your pendant.

The split ring has a diameter of 25 mm and the chain is 80 mm long in total. As you get four pieces, one bag is enough for several gifts or a small batch.

Turning it into a key ring

Thread your keys onto the split ring. To do this, prise the ends of the ring apart with your fingernail and twist the keys onto the ring. Attach your pendant to the loop at the end of the chain. It can be a bought charm or something handmade, for example from modelling clay, felt or beads. When making it, bear in mind that the pendant needs a hole or a loop for hanging.
