Christmas Tree Silicone Candle Mould 80 mm – for Casting Your Own Wax Candles

With the Graine Créative Christmas tree silicone mould, you can cast your own wax candles in the shape of a Christmas tree. The silicone is soft and very flexible, so the cooled candle is easy to release and fine details of the design are preserved. The mould measures approx. 80 mm and suits small Christmas decorations.

One mould is included. You will also need wax and a wick. Graine Créative recommends rapeseed wax for its candle moulds.

Casting a Christmas tree candle

Place the wick in the centre of the mould and hold it taut, for example with a wooden stick laid across the top. Carefully pour in the melted wax and let it cool completely. Then bend the soft silicone back and ease the candle out. As it cools, the wax often sinks around the wick. Top up with a little more wax before it sets completely.

Choosing the size

This mould of approx. 80 mm suits small candles, for example as table decoration or for a group of several little trees. If you would like a larger tree, the Christmas tree silicone mould is also available in 140 mm.
