Rayher animal eyes are black plastic half beads to glue on. They give animals made from paper, card or fabric a face. The half beads come in sizes from 4 to 14 mm. Choose your size from the options; the number of pieces per bag depends on the size.

Small half beads suit eyes on cards, scrapbooking motifs and small figures. Larger diameters suit bigger animals and little dolls. As a rule of thumb, the larger the eye in relation to the head, the more childlike the animal looks.

Gluing on the eyes

First place the eyes on the motif without glue and check the spacing and direction of the gaze. Then apply a small dab of glue to the back of the half bead and press it in place briefly. Use a glue that is suitable for plastic and for your base material. Too much glue oozes out at the edge and leaves visible marks, especially on pale paper. On soft fabric parts that move, fix the eyes to a firm, smooth area.
