Glorex Dekowatte – soft stuffing for soft toys, cushions and decorations
Glorex Dekowatte is a white polyester fibrefill for stuffing soft toys, dolls and cushions, and for decorative craft projects. According to Glorex, it has exceptional resilience and is dust-free, odour-free and hygienic. The filling stays fluffy, and you work without dust or smell.
The pack contains 300 g. The fibrefill is washable up to 30 °C, so filled items can be cleaned if needed, provided the fabric and pattern allow it.
Stuffing evenly
Pull the wadding apart into small portions before stuffing and add it layer by layer. Start with the corners and narrow parts such as arms, legs or ears, then do the rest. This avoids lumps and dents on the surface. How firmly you stuff depends on the shape: stuff soft toys firmly, and leave cushions and decorative pieces a little looser.
Which pack size?
Dekowatte is available in white and beige, in packs of 150 g, 300 g and 1 kg. The 300 g pack sits between the small and the large pack. For several projects or large fillings, it is best to plan the quantity according to the figure in your pattern.
