Anchor Artiste Metallic Fine is a thin, delicate crochet thread made of 65% viscose and 35% metallised polyester. It gives your crochet projects a glamorous shimmer. One ball weighs 25 g and contains 250 m of thread, which equals 1,000 m per 100 g. The thread is very fine, so you will mainly use it for details and accents.

Anchor intends this thread to be used together with Anchor cotton threads to add metallic accents. Choose your colour from the options.

Using Artiste Metallic Fine

Because the thread is so thin, it works best as an accent: you can use it for edgings, borders, single stripes or details in a project made with Anchor cotton thread. Crochet with a 1.25–1.5 mm hook. A loose stitch structure shows off the shimmer of the metallised polyester well. Do not pull the thread too tight, so the work does not pucker.

• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron at 110 °C
• Dry cleaning with perchloroethylene possible
