Lang Yarns ANANAS+ 1182 is the sturdier version of Lang Yarns' innovative pineapple yarn. It works very well for home accessories and decorative knitting or crochet projects where stability and structure are needed, such as baskets, bags, coasters or creative interior ideas.

The pineapple fibres come from the leaves of the pineapple plant, which are normally a waste product. Instead of being burned, they are processed for ANANAS+ in a sustainable process without bleach. They are cleaned in an enzymatic washing process with no harmful chemicals. The manufacturing process that follows is entirely mechanical, to keep the impact on the environment as low as possible.
