CLOVER adjustable ring thimble – brass finger protection for thick materials

The CLOVER adjustable ring thimble (art. no. 610) is an open thimble made of brass. It protects your finger when hand sewing as you push the needle through thick materials. Because it is not completely closed, you can adjust it to any finger size, according to Clover.

The front is roughened, so the needle slips less as you push it.

Adjusting the thimble

Place the ring on your finger and carefully bend the open ends together or apart until it fits snugly without pinching. Check the fit with a few test stitches. When sewing, rest the end of the needle against the roughened front and push the needle through the fabric. This is particularly helpful with several layers of fabric or firm materials.

Difference from art. no. 611

The Clover ring thimble with plate (art. no. 611) is a different model. This one, art. no. 610, has no plate and an open, adjustable ring shape.
