Clover White Marking Pen, Fine – Precise Lines on Dark Fabric
The Clover White Marking Pen (art. no. 517) marks cutting lines, seams and other guides on black and dark fabrics. The fine tip gives you accurate, clean lines where chalk is often too broad or imprecise. According to the manufacturer, the marks disappear when ironed or washed.
The ink is made of wax, water and other ingredients; the body and cap are made of polypropylene.
How to mark
Test the pen first on a scrap of the same fabric: that way you can see how the mark behaves on your material and whether it can be removed. The line only becomes visible after about 10 to 30 seconds, so do not go over it straight away. If the ink does not flow evenly at first, gently rub the tip on paper or fabric. On coarse, fluffy, thick or light-coloured fabric, the marks may be hard to see.
Removing the marks
Iron over the line or wash the fabric. If any residue remains after ironing, rinse it out with water.
