The Creativ Company hanging rod is a round wooden rod without bark, on which you start and hang macramé projects such as wall hangings or plant hangers. There is a small metal eyelet at each end, through which you thread a cord for hanging. Choose the length from the options; the rod comes in 40 cm and 60 cm.

With a diameter of 15–20 mm, the rod also supports wider knotted pieces. As wood is a natural product, the shade and grain can vary slightly from rod to rod.

Using the rod

Attach your macramé cords to the rod with lark's head knots and knot your pattern below. Thread the hanging cord through the two eyelets only at the end and knot it. You can then hang the finished piece on a nail or hook on the wall. If you want to knot a narrow wall hanging, for example, a shorter rod is enough. For wide projects with many cords, choose the longer one.
