Efco aluminium wire Ø 4 mm, 10 m, silver

Efco aluminium wire Ø 4 mm – malleable wire for floristry and crafts

Efco aluminium wire with a diameter of 4 mm is a silver-coloured wire for floristry and craft projects. You get 10 m in one piece. That is enough for larger shapes such as frames, rings or sculptures that you cover later.

The wire is easy to shape and, thanks to its 4 mm thickness, holds its form. It does not rust and is also suitable for outdoor use. You can then cover it decoratively with knitted tubing or cord.

Working with the aluminium wire

At 4 mm thick, you can bend the wire by hand into wide curves. For tighter curves, wrap it around a round object, such as a pipe or a tin, or use round-nose pliers. Side cutters are suitable for cutting it to length. Deburr the cut ends so that no sharp points are left, and secure the wire ends before you pull knitted tubing or cord over them. Because the wire does not rust, you can also place finished shapes outdoors.
