The Re:Designed Project 094 yarn holder is a rotating leather ball holder for knitting and crochet on the go. You place your ball on the base, and the yarn unwinds evenly as you work, without tangling.

Using the yarn holder

Stand the ball on the base and guide the yarn from there to your work. As you pull, the ball turns with it, the yarn unwinds evenly and you have to tug at the yarn less. This is especially helpful on the go, when your ball would otherwise roll around in your bag and the yarn gets tangled.

The leather

The yarn holder is made from Re:Designed's Urban cowhide leather. It is soft to the touch, shows its natural grain and has a light wax finish. Over time it develops a patina. As leather is a natural material, colour and texture may vary slightly from piece to piece.
