Clover Quick Bias Tape – iron-on for lines and curves

Clover Quick Bias Tape is a pre-folded, iron-on bias binding for appliqué, quilting and decorative fabric work. You lay it on the fabric and fix it with an iron, so you often don't need pins when preparing your work.

At 6 mm (1/4 inch) wide, the tape is narrow enough for fine designs such as Celtic motifs, stained glass effects and detailed appliqué. The roll holds 10 m of bias binding, enough for longer lines and several small motifs. Choose your colour from the options.

Working with the bias tape

Lay the tape along your line on the fabric and shape curves into an arc as you place it. Then fix it with the iron. Next, sew the tape down along the edges. This keeps even curved lines in place while you sew. The bias tape suits straight and curved lines in quilting, patchwork and fabric projects.
