Prym yarn winding cards – keep leftover yarn organised

With the Prym yarn winding cards (art. no. 610706) you can store leftover yarn neatly. Wind the yarn onto a card and file it away, and you will see all your colours at a glance.

The 30 cards are made of white plastic and each measures 4 × 3.8 cm. There is space at the top for a label, for example written with a permanent marker. The cards fit into the Prym embroidery box 611982, so you can keep embroidery and crochet yarns in one system.

Organising your leftover yarn

First write on the top of the card whatever you want to find again later, such as the colour number of the yarn. A permanent marker works best for this. Then wind the leftover yarn on evenly, without pulling it too tight, and file the card in your box by colour. With the number noted down, you can buy the same yarn again later or quickly pick out the right leftover for a new project.
