Clover Point Protectors and Stitch Stoppers – 6 pieces for needle sizes 2.0–6.5 mm

The Clover point protectors and stitch stoppers (art. no. 3140) fit onto your knitting needle and keep the stitches on the needle. With a protector on one end, you can use a double-pointed needle like a needle with only one point. The protectors are small and light and do not get in the way while you knit. The set contains 6 pieces, i.e. 3 pairs, in blue and orange.

Using the protectors

Put a protector on the end of your needle that you are not using at the moment. This stops the stitches slipping off, and a double-pointed needle can be knitted like a single-pointed one. If you take a break, put a protector on both points. The stitches then stay safely on the needle, and the tips are protected when you put your work in your bag.

Do the protectors fit your needles?

The protectors are intended for needle sizes from 2.0 to 6.5 mm. On thicker needles they no longer fit properly, and on very thin needles they may not hold firmly enough. Please check the size of your needles before buying.
