The Staedtler Lumocolor permanent 318 in size F is a fine universal marker for writing and marking on almost all surfaces. The line width is approx. 0.6 mm, so even small lettering and details stay easy to read. According to Staedtler, the permanent, low-odour ink has very good smudge and water resistance on almost all surfaces. Choose your colour from the options.

The pen dries in seconds. This is particularly helpful for left-handers, as the writing does not smudge so easily. It is also suitable for overhead projection.

Uses

With the fine tip you can label film, plastic, glass or metal, mark workpieces or write labels. Staedtler describes the pen as a universal marker for almost all surfaces. Test it on an inconspicuous spot first on delicate or heavily textured materials. A clean, grease-free surface helps the ink to adhere.

Storage, lightfastness and refilling

Thanks to DRY SAFE, the pen does not dry out even if the cap is left off for days. You should still put the cap back on after writing. Note the lightfastness: according to Staedtler, only black is lightfast. For writing that will be permanently exposed to strong light, choose black. When the ink has run out, you can refill the pen with the Refill Station 487 17.
