Clover Fine Quilting Pins – 48 mm long with heat-resistant glass heads

Clover fine quilting pins are 100 extra-fine glass-head pins for holding fabric layers together when quilting and patchworking. At 0.5 mm in diameter, they pass easily through the fabric. The 48 mm length helps you hold several layers of fabric or patchwork pieces securely.

The head is made of glass and is heat-resistant. This is handy if you want to leave pins in the fabric while ironing instead of removing them all beforehand.

Pinning patchwork pieces

Insert the pins at right angles to the seam line so the fabric layers do not slip. The fine pin also slides through several layers of cotton fabric. When sewing by machine, remove the pins in good time before they reach the presser foot rather than sewing over them. This avoids broken pin tips and damaged machine needles.
