Stafil mini sewing machine – compact handheld machine for tacking, hemming and repairs
The Stafil mini sewing machine 695004-1 is a compact handheld sewing machine for quick jobs: tacking, hemming, repairs and sewing on patches and appliqués. It measures 73 × 205 × 33 mm and weighs 315 g. You can therefore use it at home, on your travels or on holiday without setting up a large machine.
The machine runs on 4 AA batteries (1.5 V), which are not included. Alternatively, it has an AUX input for a USB-AUX cable, which is also not included. It is suitable for fabrics such as cotton, linen, denim, leather and silk, for example for tablecloths, curtains, cushions and accessories.
What the mini sewing machine is for
The machine is made for small jobs and is not a substitute for a household sewing machine. You can use it to tack layers together, sew hems on curtains or tablecloths, mend tears or attach patches and appliqués. Thanks to its small size and battery operation, you are not tied to a socket.

Needle and thread
The needle threader helps you thread the needle quickly, even with fine needle eyes. For replacements, Stafil specifies only the Stafil sewing needle 695004-2. When inserting the needle, the flat side faces the front of the machine. Test the thread and fabric on an offcut before you start the actual work, so you can see how the seam behaves with your material.
