Prym Hobby Embroidery Scissors – small scissors for fine work

The Prym Hobby embroidery scissors (art. no. 610520) are small, sharp scissors with short blades made of stainless steel. You can use them to snip threads, tidy up embroidery and work on fine details where large scissors would get in the way.

The plastic handle has a Softring designed to avoid pressure on your fingers when cutting. The handle is two-tone red and grey, so you can quickly find the 11.5 cm scissors again in your sewing basket.

Using the embroidery scissors

The short blades reach threads easily without catching the fabric. Cut threads close to the back of the embroidery and keep the tips angled slightly away from the fabric so that you do not snip any stitches. Use the scissors only for yarn and fabric: paper, wire or card will blunt the blades more quickly.
