Prym iron rest, silicone, plum blue, 14 × 25 cm

Prym silicone iron rest – a safe place to set down your hot iron

The Prym iron rest (art. no. 611911) in plum blue silicone is for briefly setting down a hot iron while you press. The mat is shaped like an iron and has studs for the iron to stand on securely. That keeps it within reach as you work.

When steam ironing in particular, you will prefer to set the iron down flat. The rest is also handy on an ironing blanket, as you do not put the iron directly on the surface beneath.

How to use the rest

Place the rest next to the ironing board on a flat, firm surface and stand the iron with its soleplate on the studs. The rest is intended for briefly setting the iron down while ironing, not for letting the iron cool down over a longer time. The iron is not included. If needed, the silicone can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
