Canson satin tracing paper is a highly transparent paper of 90 g/m² for tracing and transferring, for sketches and for technical drawings. The surface is satin-finished and micro-smooth, so lines come out clean and fine. The pad is glued along one side and the paper is very resistant to erasing. Choose your format from the options.

At 90 g/m², the paper is stable enough for precise work and still easy to handle.

Uses and suitable media

The paper is suitable for pencil, ink and markers. According to Canson, the range also works with pens and technical pens with a tubular nib, and is acid-free and free of optical brighteners. It also prints well and suits reproduction processes and CAD. You can draw designs, trace templates and reuse finished line drawings.

Tracing cleanly

Place the tracing paper over your template and fix both sheets so that nothing slips. Trace the outlines and let the ink dry completely before moving the sheet, otherwise it will smudge. Thanks to the erasure-resistant surface, you can usually correct stray lines.
