Canson Tracing Paper Pad 70 g/m², 40 Sheets, A4 or A3

Canson Tracing Paper Pad – for Sketches, Designs and Overlays

The Canson tracing paper pad contains 40 sheets of lightweight 70 g/m² tracing paper for sketches, illustrations, technical designs and overlays. The paper is highly transparent, so you can see an original underneath clearly and trace it or develop it further.

The surface is smooth, and pencils, marker pens and pens glide over it evenly. This helps you achieve precise lines and clean results. The pad is glued along one side and the sheets are plain. It is available in A4 and A3; choose your size from the options.

Using tracing paper

Place a sheet over your original and trace the lines. This lets you transfer motifs, develop designs further, or layer several sheets on top of each other to compare changes. For designs, you can build up a drawing layer by layer and keep each version on a separate sheet. Weigh down or fix the sheet at the edge so that it does not slip while you draw. Test pens that release a lot of moisture on a spare sheet first.
