Clover flower head pins – flat-head pins for pinning and quilting

Clover flower head pins (art. no. 2505) are flat-head pins for pinning fabric when sewing and quilting. The pin is made of steel and the flat head of ABS resin. There are 20 pins on the card.

According to Clover, the flat head is handy for machine sewing because it does not sit high. At 50 mm long and 0.55 mm in diameter, the pins suit normal fabrics.

What the pins are used for

Clover lists general pinning as the intended use, especially for lace, eyelet fabrics and loosely woven trimmings. The pins also hold many layers of fabric together, for example when quilting. Because the head is flat, it gets in the way less when you sew and iron. Even so, iron around the heads so that the iron does not touch them. For thick fabrics, it is better to use stronger pins so that nothing bends.
