Acufactum Patches are woven patches that you sew on. Use them to add a touch of detail to clothing and accessories, or to decorate gift wrapping and tags. According to the manufacturer, the patches are made of 100% polyester. Choose your design from the options.
The patches are meant to be sewn on and are not iron-on transfers. According to the manufacturer, you must not iron them on a high heat. You can sew them onto jackets, bags or tote bags by hand or by machine.
Attaching the patch
Pin the patch where you want it, or tack it in place with a few stitches so that it does not slip while you sew. Then sew it down around the edge with small, even stitches, by hand or with a sewing machine. Use thread in the colour of the patch border and the stitches will hardly show. Do not iron over the patch on a high heat; if necessary, use a low temperature and keep the iron away from the patch.
