Prym Quilter's Travel Bag – Quilting Supplies and Blocks Safe on the Move

The Prym quilter's travel bag (art. no. 612380) is a bag for storing quilting supplies when you quilt on the move or at a workshop. As well as needles, thread and tools, it holds unfinished quilt blocks up to 32 × 32 cm, so you can carry them flat and protected.

According to Prym, the sturdy outer surface can be used as a work surface, for example at workshops or when travelling. A carry strap comes with the bag. It is supplied empty.

How the bag is organised

The inside of the lid is laid out as an organiser for small items, and the insert takes flat items. Two elastic bands with a snap fastener keep the contents in place.

• Pin cushion in the lid for sewing needles and pins
• 3 open and 3 closable clear pockets: small items stay visible and do not get lost
• 5 elastic loops for reels of thread and other small items
• Mesh pocket on the fabric-covered insert for smaller rulers or sewing patterns

Who it suits

The bag is made for anyone who likes to quilt on the move: on the train, on holiday or at meetings and classes. Plan the space around your block: it should be no larger than 32 × 32 cm so that it lies flat in the bag. If there is no table available, you can use the firm outer surface as a work surface.
