FIMO liquid 8050 oven-hardening liquid gel, 50 ml

FIMO liquid 8050 – liquid gel for decorating, joining and image transfer

Staedtler's FIMO liquid 8050 is an oven-hardening liquid gel for decorating and joining FIMO projects and for image transfer. It has a thick but flowing consistency. You apply it precisely through the nozzle of the 50 ml plastic bottle. The gel stays flexible after hardening. It is compatible with FIMO soft, effect and professional. Choose your colour from the options.

You can use it as it is or colour it with FIMO. This lets you create your own effects without needing another product.

What you can use the liquid gel for

According to Staedtler, FIMO liquid is suitable for these techniques:

• Decorating FIMO projects
• Joining hardened and unhardened FIMO pieces
• Outlining and grouting techniques
• Image transfer from prints and from pencil and colour drawings
• Glaze effects, plain or coloured with FIMO
• Marbling and colour gradients

Hardening FIMO liquid

Harden FIMO liquid for 20 minutes at 130 °C. This differs from the FIMO modelling clays, which according to Staedtler harden at 110 °C for 30 minutes. An oven thermometer shows you whether the oven temperature is really correct, as the gel must not be heated above 130 °C. For motifs, you can also fill it into heat-resistant silicone moulds.
