2-Piece Soap Knife Set – Straight and Wavy Cuts for Homemade Soap

The soap knife set consists of two stainless steel cutters for dividing a soap block into pieces: a knife with a straight blade for clean cuts and a wavy knife for wavy edges. The set is intended for natural and glycerine soap.

With both knives in the set, you can decide at the cutting stage whether your bars of soap get straight or wavy edges. After use, simply clean the knives with water.

How to cut soap pieces

Mark the cutting lines with a ruler so that all the pieces are the same size. Position the knife and cut through the block with even pressure. The block should be firm enough not to lose its shape. If the soap is still too soft, it will smear on the blade. Wipe the blade from time to time if soap residue sticks to it.

Straight or wavy cut?

The straight knife is suited to pieces with clean, straight edges. With the wavy knife, the pieces of soap get a wavy edge reminiscent of handmade soap. Both knives are included in the set, so you can try both on the same soap block.

The blades are sharp: risk of cuts. Cut with care, keep your fingers out of the cutting line and put the knives down safely.
