Rayher mould with three motifs for concrete, Raysin, soap and wax

The Rayher mould with bird, butterfly and flower combines three motifs in one mould. You can use it to cast decorative pieces from Rayher creative concrete, Raysin casting powder, creative soap or wax. Each motif measures 6–8 cm, and the mould is a maximum of 3 cm deep.

The mould is made of clear PET plastic. According to Rayher, it is dimensionally stable, flexible and easy to demould. Because you can fill the mould to different depths, you can make flat pendants as well as thicker soaps or freestanding decorations.

Casting tips

Prepare the casting compound following the instructions for the material you are using, and make sure it is no hotter than approx. 60 °C when it goes into the mould. Colour pigments can be added to the compound before casting. If you would like to add a rubber label, place it in the mould before casting.

• Do not fill the mould right to the brim; leave a margin of at least 2 mm, as this makes demoulding easier
• Do not leave the casting material in the mould for longer than necessary, otherwise the plastic may bond permanently with the compound
• Once dry, you can decorate the finished pieces further

Note on use

Do not use a mould that has been used for casting concrete, soap or wax for food again.
