Painting clean lines

Rigger brushes work best with paint that flows but does not drip: thin acrylic or watercolour paint until it pulls easily off the fibres. Load the fibres with paint, wipe the brush off on the palette and reshape the tip there. Draw the line in a single stroke and rest your hand on a support so that the line width stays even.
