Meyco Sponge Roller Set, 3 Pieces, 25/40/55 mm

Meyco Sponge Roller Set – three sizes for even paint application

The Meyco sponge roller set contains three sponge rollers in 25, 40 and 55 mm. With the fine-pored sponge rollers you apply acrylic, craft or watercolour paint to smooth surfaces such as paper, card, wood, canvas or polystyrene. They can also be used for decoupage. The lightweight plastic handles sit comfortably in the hand, and you can reuse the rollers after washing them out.

Which size for which surface?

The smallest roller at 25 mm suits narrow surfaces, edges and small formats. With the medium roller (40 mm) you can work on cards, picture frames or small wooden pieces. The largest at 55 mm covers bigger surfaces such as canvas or wooden boards more quickly. That gives you the right size for different projects in one set.

Working with the sponge roller

Put some paint on a palette and roll the sponge through it until it is evenly coated. Too much paint leads to streaks and edges, so it is better to apply several thin layers and let them dry in between. After use, rinse the roller in lukewarm water and leave it to dry.
