Prym Spare Blades Mini Ø 28 mm – 2 Stainless Steel Blades for Clean Cuts

You need the Prym spare blades for the Mini rotary cutter (art. no. 611371) as soon as the blade no longer cuts fabric cleanly. The pack contains 2 silver-coloured stainless steel blades, 28 mm in diameter, for cutting fabric in sewing, patchwork and quilting.

The small blade is often easier to guide round curves and small pieces than a large one. With 2 blades in the pack, you have a spare ready to swap in.

When to change the blade

You can tell a blade is blunt when it snags threads, skips sections or you need to press harder. This leads to inaccurate cuts and can damage the cutting mat. • Only change the blade when the rotary cutter is resting on a firm surface
• Note the order of the individual parts as you take it apart
• Dispose of the old blade so that nobody can cut themselves on it

Which size fits?

These blades have a diameter of 28 mm and fit the Mini rotary cutter. For rotary cutters with a 45 mm blade, Prym offers its own spare blades with a larger diameter. Check the diameter of your old blade before buying.
