Prym Love Folding Cutting Mat 45 × 60 cm – with cm Scale and Non-Slip Underside

The Prym Love folding cutting mat (art. no. 611465) measures 45 × 60 cm and is made for sewing, patchwork and quilting. You cut fabric to size on it with a rotary cutter. The mat folds in the middle, so it takes up less space when you carry or store it.

The two halves join with a curved interlocking edge. The material is a high-performance plastic with a self-healing surface, so cuts hardly show.

Using the mat when cutting

Lay the mat open on a level table. The interlocking join in the middle gives a smooth surface, so the rotary cutter does not catch on an edge. The non-slip coating on the underside keeps the mat in place while you cut. Use the cm scale, the angle lines (45° and 90°) and the 50 mm grid to line up fabric edges and measure cuts directly on the mat.

Saving space when storing

To store it, fold the mat in half. Opened out, the 45 × 60 cm mat has room for larger pieces of fabric, yet it is easier to take to classes or on the move than a rigid mat of the same size.
