The Clover stitch markers with clip (art. no. 3165) mark stitches within a row and rows at increases and decreases when you knit. The markers are shaped like safety pins and are easy to attach and remove, so they can be hooked straight into your knitting. Each marker also has a small clip for attaching notes, for example the current row or a reminder from the pattern.

The pack contains 6 markers in two colours, green and purple. The colours help you tell markings with different meanings apart.

Using the markers

Hook a marker directly into the stitch you want to mark. Because it can be closed, it will not slip off the needle, and you can remove it within a row or later from the finished knitting. For increases and decreases, mark the spot with a marker and move it up a little after each increase or decrease row. With the two colours you can separate, for example, increases from decreases or front from back.

Notes on the marker

Use the small clip for short reminders, such as the row number at which you need to make an increase. That way the information is right where you need it, and you do not have to search through the pattern.
