LAMY T53 crystal ink – bottled fountain pen ink in ten colours

LAMY T53 crystal ink is a fountain pen ink in a 30 ml bottle. Use it to fill your fountain pen and write in colour. LAMY offers the range in ten colours. Choose your colour from the options.

The ink is made in Germany. The 30 ml are enough to refill the pen several times, so one bottle lasts you quite a while before you need a new one.

Filling the ink

Bottled ink is used with a fountain pen that has a converter or a piston filling system. Dip the nib fully into the ink and draw it up with the converter. Then wipe the nib with a cloth. It cannot be used to fill cartridge pens that have no converter.

Changing colour and writing test

If you change the ink colour, rinse the pen beforehand with clear water until the water stays clear. This stops the colours from mixing. How an ink looks also depends on the paper. Therefore, first write a test on the paper you will be using later.
