Prym prym.ergonomics crochet hook – comfortable crocheting with a colour code
The prym.ergonomics crochet hook from Prym is a plastic hook designed to be kind to your joints. It is very light and, according to Prym, feels pleasantly warm in the hand. The shaft and hook are high-gloss polished, so the stitches glide smoothly.
The handle is ergonomically shaped and made of non-slip plastic. This gives the hook grip and helps you work without tiring, even during longer crochet sessions. A colour code at the top of the handle shows the hook size, so you can quickly find your hook again in your craft basket. Choose the size from the options.
Which hook size suits your yarn?
You will find the right hook size in your pattern or on the ball band of your yarn. What matters is the tension given in your pattern; the figure on the ball band is only a guide. Larger hooks give loose, soft stitches, while finer ones give a denser fabric. If you own several hooks from this series, you can tell the size from the colour code on the end of the handle without having to read the size each time.
Who is the hook suitable for?
The ergonomic handle and smooth surface are designed for anyone who wants to ease the strain on their hands and joints when crocheting. The polished hook tip slips easily into the stitches, which makes working with chunky yarn easier.
