Efco wooden beads Ø 8.0 mm – for stringing necklaces and bracelets

Efco coloured UNI wooden beads are round beads with a diameter of 8.0 mm for stringing. You can use them to make small necklaces, bracelets or key rings. The pack contains approx. 80 pieces, which come to about 64 cm when strung side by side. Choose your colour from the options.

The hole has a diameter of 2.3 mm. Cords, ribbons or elastic thread just under 2 mm thick will fit through. Elastic thread works well for bracelets that you slip on without a clasp.

Stringing the beads

Choose a thread or ribbon that runs loosely through the 2.3 mm hole and tie a knot at the end that is larger than the hole. A drop of glue or a piece of tape on the tip of the thread makes it easier to string the beads onto soft cords. Plan the length beforehand: with a diameter of 8.0 mm, you need about 12 to 13 beads for 10 cm of beads.

Which size to choose

The range is also available in Ø 4, 6, 10, 12 and 14 mm. At 8.0 mm the beads are clearly visible without looking heavy, and they combine well with smaller beads.
