Prym yarn holder – the ball unwinds smoothly and stays put

With the Prym yarn holder (art. no. 225170), your ball of wool stays in place while you knit or crochet. The holder is made of sanded beechwood. The wooden spindle turns on ball bearings and releases the yarn evenly.

The ball does not roll away and does not tangle. Four silicone pads on the underside give the holder a firm stand on a table or coffee table.

Using the yarn holder

Place the holder on a flat, firm surface and put the ball on the rotating wooden spindle. When you pull the thread, the spindle turns on its ball bearings and the yarn unwinds evenly. The ball stays where it is, you do not have to keep readjusting it and the thread does not pull itself into knots. This lets you knit or crochet in a steady rhythm. The holder is suitable for knitting and crochet.
