Prym sew-on press studs 9 mm – silver-colour brass fasteners

Prym sew-on press studs in 9 mm (art. no. 341244) are silver-colour fasteners for clothing and accessories. They are made of rustproof brass and suit fine to medium fabrics, for example on blouses, dresses or decorative projects.

Each press stud consists of a socket part and a ball part. The ball part has a rolled edge that protects the fabric from sharp edges. Four holes help you sew the stud on evenly and neatly. The press studs are washable to 60 °C. The pack contains 12 pieces.

Sewing on the press studs

Mark the position of the socket and ball parts so that they lie exactly on top of each other when closed. Then sew each part on through all four holes with firm stitches and secure the thread several times at the end. If the parts are not exactly opposite each other, the stud closes crookedly or comes undone more easily. For fabrics that stretch a lot or are under heavy strain when worn, a larger size from the range is more suitable.
