Decorating the mirror

As the wood is untreated, you can work on it straight away. For an even result, sand the surface lightly beforehand.

• Mask off the mirror surface with masking tape before painting.
• Apply paint in thin layers and let each layer dry. Light colours cover better on wood with a primer.
• You can cover or embellish the frame with paper, napkins or small decorative elements.
• Once dry, you can protect the design with a suitable clear varnish.
