Prym collar stiffeners 10 x 55 mm – keep shirt and blouse collars in shape

Prym collar stiffeners (art. no. 405261) keep shirt and blouse collars firm. The 24 transparent plastic stiffeners each measure 10 × 55 mm and slide into the slot in the collar. Take them out again when the shirt needs cleaning.

As the stiffeners are transparent, they are barely noticeable under light-coloured fabric. The card holds enough stiffeners to fit out several shirts or blouses.

How to insert the collar stiffeners

Better-quality shirts and blouses usually have a small slot in the collar. Gently slide the stiffener through this opening until it lies flat in the pocket, and insert one on each side. Pull the stiffeners out before washing or cleaning, then slide them back in afterwards.

Prym offers the collar stiffeners in 10 × 55 mm and in 15 × 80 mm, each with 24 pieces per card. Before buying, measure the pocket in your collar: the stiffener should fit in flat, without being tight or slipping.
