Prym Color Snaps – coloured no-sew plastic press studs

Prym Color Snaps are round no-sew plastic press studs with a diameter of 12.4 mm. You fit them to textiles without needle and thread, giving you a fastener that also stays visible as a touch of colour. According to Prym, they are intended for baby and children's clothing, bags and decorative projects. The closing force is light, so the studs open and close without much effort.

The pack contains 30 pieces. Choose your colour from the options.

What Color Snaps are suited to

Because the studs are not sewn on, they suit projects where you need a fastener quickly: clothing for babies and children, bags, accessories or decorations. The light closing force is practical when small hands need to fasten the studs themselves. As they are washable up to 60 °C, they also stand up to regular washing of clothing.

Fitting the snaps

The parts are fitted using the Prym VARIO pliers and the Color Snaps tool. Make a test piece from an offcut of your fabric before working on the garment. That way you can see whether the position and fit are right.
