Efco Wooden Cube 30 mm, Beech, Rounded Corners

Efco 30 mm Beech Wooden Cube – Blank with Rounded Corners

The Efco beech wooden cube measures 30 mm along each edge and has rounded corners. You can use it as a blank for painting, decorating, staining or engraving, for example for craft projects, decor, learning materials or homemade games.

Beech is a hard wood with a fine grain. The rounded corners sit comfortably in the hand, and paint or varnish usually adheres better to rounded edges than to sharp ones.

Decorating the cube

Lightly sand the surface before painting and wipe off the dust. It is best to apply acrylic paint in several thin coats, letting each one dry. If you want to stain the cube, try the stain first on an inconspicuous spot, as wood does not absorb stain equally everywhere. Scraps of napkin or paper, for example, are suitable for covering the cube.

Which size?

The wooden cube with rounded corners is available in this range with edge lengths of 30, 40, 50 and 60 mm. At 30 mm it suits smaller projects, such as jewellery details, game pieces or learning cubes. For larger surfaces, decor or engravings, choose one of the larger sizes.
