Shower Time Nature soap making kit – cast 3 green soaps yourself

The Graine Créative DIY soap kit "Shower Time Nature" is a soap making set: you melt the soap supplied and cast three pieces of soap in shades of green. The kit contains 3 soap blocks of 50 g (150 g in total), 3 moulds with flower and bird designs, and instructions. The moulds are made in France.

The kit needs no previous experience and requires no extra materials for the soap itself. As the moulds are reusable, you can cast more soap in them later.

How to cast your soaps

Cut the soap blocks into thin strips, so that they melt more evenly and quickly. Melt the soap in the microwave on a low setting for about 20 seconds and stir with a spatula. The soap must not boil. Pour it into the moulds straight away, as it sets quickly as it cools. Leave the soap to harden completely before removing it from the moulds; to speed this up, you can put the moulds in the fridge for about 20 minutes. The melted soap is hot, so take the container out of the microwave with care.

Which kit in the series is right for you?

The Shower Time kit comes in three versions, which differ in colour and designs. Nature has green soaps with flowers and a bird. Calm has pink and mauve shades with a moon, sun and lotus flower, and Joy has orange shades with a face, a tiger and hands with a rainbow.

Moulds in which you have cast soap should not be used for food afterwards.
