Glorex Floral Fixing Putty – Holding Dried Flowers in Arrangements

Glorex floral fixing putty (art. no. 68080120) keeps dried flowers in place in arrangements and table decorations. The green putty comes in a 250 g pack and is also listed by Glorex as a fixing putty for dried flowers.

You can shape it into balls, rolls or flat pads to fit a bowl, vase or stand. It does not dry out and can be reused for later arrangements.

How to fix dried flowers in place

Knead a portion until it is soft and shape it into a ball or pad. Press the putty firmly onto the base of your container or stand so that it does not slip. Trim the stems to the length you want beforehand and push them into the putty with gentle pressure, ideally with a twisting motion. Fine, dry stems break easily if you push them in sharply. If you want to rearrange a display, pull out the stems and press the holes closed again with your fingers.
