SUKI upholstery tacks with a 9 mm diameter and a flat head fix upholstery fabric and decorate it at the same time. The heads are black lacquered with a matt look. The pack contains 50 tacks.

Upholstery tacks have a long tradition in furniture making. You can set them close together for a continuous decorative edge, or with a little space between them for a looser, open look. At 13 mm long, they suit wooden surfaces such as chair frames, stools, headboards or chests.

Setting the upholstery tacks evenly

Mark the row of tacks beforehand with a ruler or chalk. This keeps the spacing and the line even, whether you set the tacks close together or spaced apart. Pull the fabric taut before you drive in the first tack, and work from the centre outwards. Strike with controlled blows and hold the hammer as straight as possible, so that the head sits flat and the lacquer is not scratched. A hammer with a plastic or rubber head protects the surface.
