Städter Alpaca Cookie Cutter 8 cm – Rustproof Stainless Steel for Dough, Fondant and Marzipan

With the Städter alpaca cookie cutter, you can cut an 8 cm alpaca from dough, fondant or marzipan. It is made of rustproof stainless steel with a shiny finish and, according to Städter, is food-safe and dishwasher safe.

The cutter is also suitable for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO.

Cutting the alpaca cleanly

Roll out the dough evenly and chill it if it is soft, as the narrow parts of the outline can otherwise break off easily. Lightly flour the cutter, place it upright on the dough and press straight down without tilting. For fondant and marzipan, dust the work surface with icing sugar or cornflour so that nothing sticks. Carefully release the offcut from the cutter before you cut the next alpaca.

Care and craft materials

As the cutter is rustproof and dishwasher safe, it is easy to clean; dry it after washing. If you use it for modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO, do not use it for food afterwards.
