Cutting out

Roll the dough out evenly so that all the cats are the same thickness and bake evenly. Dust the cutter lightly with flour or icing sugar, place it upright on the dough and press it straight down from above. The cutting edge on the underside is sharp, so hold the cutter by the top. If the dough is sticky, it helps to chill it beforehand and to dust the cutter from time to time. Roll out fondant and marzipan on icing sugar. Cut salt dough and modelling clay in the same way.

Care and use for crafts

Clean the cutter thoroughly after use and dry it. If you use it for FIMO, modelling clay or salt dough for crafting, do not use it for food afterwards.
