Prym Overlocker Threading Aid – 2 Threaders for Loopers and Needles

The Prym overlocker threading aid (art. no. 611965) is a set of two tools for threading the loopers and needles of your overlocker. One threader is intended for the upper and lower loopers, the second for the needles.

Both are made of flexible spring steel wire with plastic handles. The long shaft also reaches places that are hard to get at. The looper threader has a small hook on a finely curved wire and a white handle. The needle threader has a blue handle and works like an ordinary needle threader.

Threading the loopers

First guide the looper threader through the lower looper. Then catch the thread in the hook and pull it through the eye of the looper. Repeat the same steps for the upper looper.

Which threader for what?

The threader with the white handle is for the loopers, the one with the blue handle for the needles. The colours help you tell the two tools apart quickly when you are sewing.
