Prym sew-on press studs 6–11 mm – silver-colour brass fasteners

Prym sew-on press studs in silver fasten clothing and accessories and also serve as a discreet decorative detail. The pack contains 20 press studs in sizes 6–11 mm. Each press stud consists of a socket part and a ball part made of rustproof brass.

The lower part (ball part) has a rolled edge. This means there are no sharp edges against the fabric, and the material is not damaged when worn or opened. Four holes guide your stitching, so the press studs sit evenly and securely.

Sewing on the press studs

First mark the position on both layers of fabric, so that the socket part and ball part sit exactly opposite each other later. Then sew each part on firmly through all four holes, preferably with doubled thread in the colour of the fabric. Stitch several times through each hole and knot the thread securely on the back.

Choosing the right size

This pack covers small sizes from 6 to 11 mm. It suits places where an inconspicuous fastener is needed. The range is available in further sizes up to 30 mm, and the line comes in silver, black and gold.
