Prym Sew-on Press Studs in Black – Brass Fastening with a Visible Finish

Prym sew-on press studs (art. no. 341271) in black fasten everyday clothing and accessories and add a visible accent at the same time. They are made of rustproof brass and are designed for 6–11 mm. You get 20 pieces in the pack.

Each press stud consists of a socket part and a ball part. The ball part has a rolled edge, so the fabric is protected from sharp edges. Four holes help you sew the studs on evenly. According to Prym, the range is also available in silver and gold.

How to sew on the press studs

Mark the position on both fabric edges so that the socket part and ball part meet exactly when closed. Sew the socket part onto the upper edge and the ball part onto the opposite side. Pass the thread through all four holes and finish with several secure stitches, so the stud does not work loose with frequent opening.
